Terms & Conditions - Meditation Subscription Service
  1. SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT By subscribing to our meditation service, you agree to these terms and conditions. The subscription provides access to our library of guided meditations and mindfulness content.
  2. PAYMENT & BILLING
    1. Subscription fees are charged in AUD on a recurring monthly/annual basis
    2. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable
    3. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
    4. No refunds for partial subscription periods
  3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
    1. You may cancel your subscription at any time
    2. Access continues until the end of your paid period
    3. No refunds are provided for unused portions
    4. To cancel, email retreats@allurahalliwell.com or log into your account
  4. ACCESS & USAGE
    1. Content is for personal use only
    2. Sharing or redistributing content is prohibited
    3. One subscription per user
    4. Login credentials should not be shared
  5. CONTENT AVAILABILITY
    1. We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
    2. Content may be updated, removed or modified without notice
    3. We reserve the right to restrict access if terms are violated
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content remains our intellectual property and is protected by copyright law. Downloading, recording, or reproducing content is prohibited unless explicitly permitted. 
  7. LIABILITY We provide meditations for general wellbeing only. Content is not medical advice or treatment. Consult healthcare professionals for medical conditions.
  8. PRIVACY Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Usage data may be collected to improve services.
  9. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
